Not everyone has a big dollar budget for their wedding or other event. That’s why we offer several affordable catering options, with something to suit every price range. We feature three types of catering with different levels of service. Trust The Rib Shack for your next event, and we’ll try not to steal the show!
More Information
Our catering orders range in size from 20 plates up to 500 plates.
Our minimum Full Service catering job is for 100+ plates.
We give you the choice of three meats out of 4 to pick from:
Pork Ribs, Beef Brisket, Sliced Pork & Chicken.
Our Full Service Catering offers Potato Salad, Coleslaw, BBQ Beans and a Dinner Roll
We offer catering in 3 different concepts:
1. Pick up on site at the original menu price
2. We deliver your food to your location and set up for $14.00 per plate
3. We offer a full service catering with staff to serve for $16.00 per plate
We do require a 50% deposit on all catering and a 1 week notice.
We do accept all major credit cards, checks & cash.
When using a credit card there will be a 3% additional charge on your total order.
